BostonFor the latest developments in the Electricity Storage industry, the ESA's annual meeting cannot be missed. Whether you are new to electricity storage or are a seasoned veteran, this annual meeting has something for everyone, including technology updates, economic evaluations, new technologies, recent installations, and case studies.

Tours and Social Events

Join us for a pre-meeting reception Tuesday, May 22, from 5:00 - 7:00.
A banquet is planned for the evening of Wednesday, May 23. Further details will be posted as they become available.

Spouse activities are being planned and may include tours, shopping, museums and the Freedom Trail. Take advantage of reduced hotel rates both prior to and after the meeting and enjoy all that Boston has to offer.

On Friday, May 25, we will have a tour of Beacon Power, host of this year's meeting.

Hotel and Travel Information

The meeting will be held at the Omni Parker House, 60 School Street, Boston, MA 02108, an historic luxury hotel in the heart of downtown. This four-diamond hotel offers its guests many amenities, including in-room inOmni Parker Houseternet service. The ESA has reserved a block of rooms at a rate of $179 plus tax per night, available from Saturday, May 19 through Sunday, May 27. There is a $30 fee for each additional person staying in the room. The block of rooms and room rate will be held until April 19, upon which they will be released to the general public. Rooms reserved after this date may not be eligible for the special rate and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The hotel is located approximately 2.5 miles from Boston Logan (BOS) airport. Taxi service is available for $21-28 for a 15-20 minute drive. Shuttle, train, and subway services are also available. For more information, please visit the hotel's web site.

Registration Information

Paid membership in ESA includes registration for one person for the meeting, but requires the Online Registration Form to be completed and submitted, or you may download the printable registration form and send it by fax.

Additional attendees from the same company or non-member attendees must pay an additional $795* (US), payable online by continuing to the Online Registration Form or by mailing the printable registration form with payment details.
